How do I clean my heated scarf, neck warmer, or hand warmer?
Disconnect battery pack. Machine wash in cold water, gentle cycle or hand wash. Hang dry only (DO NOT use dryer). Drape over a clothesline. DO NOT use clothespins. Must be completely dry before reconnecting the battery pack.
What should I avoid when cleaning my heated scarf, neck warmer, or hand warmer?
Do not submerge the product in water while the battery is connected. Never use bleach, harsh detergents, fabric softeners, or dry cleaning. Do not wring, twist, or iron the product. Always remove the battery pack before washing and allow the accessory to air dry completely before use.

What if my product isn't heating at all?
Ensure the battery is fully charged and properly connected. If issues persist, contact Customer Care.
What happens if I turn off the product but leave the battery connected?
If the product is turned off while the battery remains connected, the battery may enter sleep mode. To wake it up before using again, either:
Press the button on the battery pack, or
Disconnect and reconnect the battery to the product, then press the embedded control button to power on.

A slight warmth near the control area is normal. If the panel becomes excessively hot, discontinue use and contact Customer Care.
